PVC-O, known in Chinese as biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride, represents the latest evolutionary form of PVC piping. This pipe material is manufactured through a specialized orientation processing technique that involves axially and radially stretching PVC-U pipes produced via extrusion. The base material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and a high-performance HDPE-modified adhesive resin is used to tightly bond the steel wire skeleton with the inner and outer layers of HDPE.
