PVC-O, known in Chinese as biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride, represents the latest evolutionary form of PVC piping. This pipe material is manufactured through a specialized orientation processing technique that involves axially and radially stretching PVC-U pipes produced via extrusion. As a result, the long-chain PVC molecules within the pipe are arranged in an orderly, biaxially oriented manner, yielding a new type of PVC pipe with high strength, high toughness, excellent impact resistance, and superior fatigue resistance.
HDPE spiral-wound structural wall pipe (Kela pipe) is a new type of specially shaped structural wall pipe made from high-density polyethylene through a hot-winding process. It features a high-density polyethylene structure wall formed by hot winding.
Steel wire mesh-reinforced polyethylene composite pipe is a new type of pipe material that uses a high-strength steel wire mesh skeleton, formed by helical winding on both the left and right sides, as its reinforcing element. The base material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and a high-performance HDPE-modified adhesive resin is used to tightly bond the steel wire skeleton with the inner and outer layers of HDPE.
