Furthermore, PE pipes offer outstanding overall performance across a wide range of applications: their temperature resistance is exceptional, with a very low embrittlement temperature at low temperatures, enabling them to operate reliably within a temperature range from -40°C to 60°C. Even during winter installation and construction, these pipes will not become brittle or crack. Generally, PE pipes are primarily used for pressurized water conveyance and the distribution of drinking water. Their main application areas include municipal underground water supply systems, building water supply and drainage systems, agricultural irrigation, and landscape water features.
