With outstanding heat resistance, these pipes can withstand instantaneous temperatures as high as 95°C and maintain long-term operational stability at temperatures up to 75°C. They are currently the most ideal choice for indoor cold- and hot-water piping systems. Additionally, they have low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation properties, meaning that when used in hot-water systems, no additional insulation materials are typically required.

4. Long service life: Under operating conditions of 70℃ and a working pressure (P.N) of 1.0 MPa, PP-R pipes can have a service life of over 50 years (provided that the pipe material is of S3.2 or higher and S2.5 or higher series). At room temperature (20℃), their service life can exceed 100 years.

5. Strong corrosion resistance: Being a non-polar material, it does not chemically react with any ions in water or with chemicals found in buildings, and therefore will neither rust nor corrode.

6. Easy to install, reliable connection: PP-R pipe It boasts excellent weldability, allowing pipe and fittings to be joined by hot-melt and electrofusion techniques, making installation convenient and joints highly reliable. The strength of the joint connections even exceeds that of the pipe material itself. Lightweight—its density at 20°C is 0.90 g/cm³—this material weighs only one-ninth as much as steel pipe and one-tenth as much as copper pipe. Its light weight significantly reduces construction labor intensity. Moreover, these pipes have low flow resistance; their smooth inner walls result in lower frictional resistance along the pipeline compared to metal pipes, thereby reducing energy consumption. Throughout production, installation, and use, this material causes no environmental pollution and qualifies as a green building material.
