During the manufacturing process control inspection, it is essential to check whether the fluoropolymer-lined gate valves are manufactured according to the process specifications and drawings; whether there are records of in-process inspections; and whether there are traceability markings for each stage of production. Additionally, it is crucial to ensure that stainless steel valves do not come into contact with ferritic steel during manufacturing, handling, storage, and transportation. Furthermore, the storage of components must be conducted appropriately and clearly labeled.
