PE steel wire mesh reinforced pipe material
Steel wire mesh-reinforced polyethylene composite pipe is a new type of pipe material that uses a high-strength steel wire mesh skeleton, formed by helical winding on both the left and right sides, as its reinforcing element. The base material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and a high-performance HDPE-modified adhesive resin is used to tightly bond the steel wire skeleton with the inner and outer layers of HDPE.

Product Introduction
Steel wire mesh-reinforced polyethylene composite pipe is a new type of pipe material that uses a mesh-like skeleton formed by high-strength steel wires spirally wound from left to right as its reinforcing element, with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix. A high-performance HDPE-modified adhesive resin is used to tightly bond the steel wire skeleton to the inner and outer layers of high-density polyethylene.
Inch, on one side or in the middle of the tube
Steel wire mesh-reinforced polyethylene composite pipes share the common characteristics of plastic pipes, such as corrosion resistance, non-scaling, smooth and low-friction surfaces, thermal insulation with no wax buildup, wear resistance, and lightweight construction. Moreover, their unique structural design gives rise to the following additional features:
(1) Excellent creep resistance and high long-term mechanical strength
(2) Good temperature resistance
(3) It boasts excellent rigidity, high impact resistance, good dimensional stability, and moderate flexibility—achieving a harmonious balance between rigidity and flexibility.
(4) Low thermal expansion coefficient
(5) Rapid cracking will not occur.
(6) The composite of steel and plastic materials is uniform and reliable.
(7) Double-sided anti-corrosion
(8) Good traceability
(9) The product’s structural performance is easy and flexible to adjust.
(10) Dedicated electrofusion fittings, available in a wide variety of types, offering quick and reliable installation.
