Product Introduction

PE-RT Type II pipes, also known as PERT2-type heat-resistant polyethylene pipes, are made from high-density polyethylene copolymerized with hexene or butene.

1. Ethylene and hexene copolymer – Heat-resistant polyethylene (C2+C6);

2. Heat-resistant polyethylene copolymerized from ethylene and butene (C2+C4)

This product uses imported, heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT II) specifically formulated for piping applications. It contains no color masterbatches or any fillers whatsoever, and its surface color reflects the natural hue of the raw material—colorless and transparent. The pipe material has a smooth, glossy, and translucent appearance, reminiscent of mutton-fat jade. The PE-RT II grade 4731B material, specially designed for Type II heat-resistant polyethylene pipes, is primarily used in high-temperature hot-water piping systems such as multi-layer heating systems and main pipelines for urban district heating. It can reliably transport hot water at temperatures below 95°C for extended periods, with a service life of up to 50 years. Additionally, this material boasts excellent corrosion resistance, superior thermal insulation performance, high user safety, and ease of installation.
